To
conclude this review, it’s clear that all the hype that has been made over
Windows XP is perfectly justified. Microsoft has listened to their customers
by adding many new features they were requesting. Not only is Windows XP one
of the most reliable operating systems ever released but it also offers an
unprecedented level of conviviality thanks to a user friendly interface that
includes smart enhancements to adapt the system to the way users work. In
fact Windows XP is a treasure combining a marvel of conception, a gorgeous
design, and innovative features;
in other words: it's worth the wait!
Already rock solid, the system also doesn’t forget the inclusion of fine
multimedia functions thanks to the incredibly good Windows Media Player.
Windows
XP is definitely a must have upgrade for every Windows 9x user since it’ll
bring them an unprecedented level of reliability while offering almost the
same level of application and hardware compatibility. If Windows XP rescues
Windows 9x users from the instability hell, the upgrade may seem less
dramatic for existing Windows 2000 users. Nonetheless Windows 2000 users
will clearly discover a new computing experience with Windows XP thanks to
the mobility and rich digital media features as well as the new Internet
communication tools. Finally Windows XP is, to my eyes, as exciting as
Windows 95 was when it was released.
