Overall, Visual Studio.NET 2003 is a very solid product, and is almost certainly the best integrated development environment currently available. When compared to Visual Studio.NET 2002, it’s faster and more feature rich, but there isn’t anything included that makes it much more than a huge service pack. (And it’s priced to reflect this at $29 for the upgrade.) Nonetheless, I highly recommend it to everybody, including those using VS.NET 2k2.

So, in conclusion: Visual Studio.NET 2003 = Good.
