Well we have reached the end of the review. Here are my final comments, notes and grades for McAfee VirusScan Deluxe 5.02.

In conclusion this new release of McAfee VirusScan 5 Deluxe brings new interesting and unique features but also keep the good features that made the success of the Norton Antivirus a challenge. VirusScan 5 Deluxe is easier to use and everyone will love its new improved interface. The scan speed has also been slightly improved while keeping an excellent virus detection engine. PGP 2000 adds a real plus value to the package but FirstAid 2000 isn't worthy of being included on this suite. So if you need antivirus software with high-end security features go ahead and buy this one (you can try it for free by downloading it on the McAfee website). It's really a good buy due to its low price of $39 and the free virus updates.
