Planet Xbox have posted a preview of the upcoming Bioware game, Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance. Here is part of the preview: What is noticeable from jump street while playing an early build of the game is that the developers at Black Isle are taking the time to use what the Xbox offers to boost the game's graphics and sound. I immediately noticed that Dark Alliance looks better on the Xbox and took advantage of the Xbox's 5.1 surround capabilities. Shadows and lighting effects immerse the player in a fantasy world that only a good D&D game can create. As impressive as the water was in the PS2 version, it's even more breathtaking on the Xbox. Dark Alliance on the Xbox is on track to set just as many graphical standards for the Xbox as it did for the PlayStation 2. | ||
