- FAVORITE: Cyclanoid If your thoughts often consist of falling blocks, then chances are you are a puzzle game fanatic. These types of games can either be pleasantly intriguing or downright grueling. Thankfully, Cyclanoid favors the former. The objective of the game is to get the tiles in the center of the board to match those on the perimeter. You move them by spinning groups of four to the left or the right. The site describes Cyclanoid as being similar to a 2D Rubik's cube. It's a simple premise, but there is some fun to be had here. You can select the difficulty level of the game you want to play and even watch a demo game if you feel the need to. There's also a puzzle builder that allows you to create and save your own innovations. The MIDI music in this game caused my ears to bleed, but fortunately you can toggle it off if you would like. My brain usually takes an extended vacation to The Hamptons when it comes time to play puzzle games, but this one provided some amusement. It's a good selection for the entire family.
