- DOWNLOAD: Wink v1.0 - A good way to teach someone how to do something is by creating a visual, animated tutorial. Unfortunately, programs that do this can be costly. Wink can do it at no cost and it's good quality. It even has a couple of tutorials to show how it works. My company uses a similar product and from what I've seen, Wink is comparable and I created this FeedDemon tutorial on the first use. OK, so I made about three or four before I got it to this point. It can save the tutorial as a PDF or HTML file.
- DOWNLOAD: TaskTracker v1.0.300In the Start menu, you get a short list of your recently used documents (if you have it on). It occasionally comes in handy, but I never thought much about it until I tried TaskTracker. The utility lists the major file types such as file folder, jpeg image, HTML doc, Excel, Word, and so on. Click on any of the items to get a list of the recently opened items for that file type. Click on Word Docs and this file I'm working on appears along with the docs I've opened within the past two weeks. You can change the timeframe anywhere from all dates to today. If you want to open a file, you can do that from the list. It's one of those programs where you have to try it to see its power.
