Much of the gaming world is keeping its eyes on Microsoft, which later this year will release Xbox, the company's first foray into console gaming. Xbox is a brand new gaming console that sports an impressive array of hardware under the hood -- fast Intel processor, Nvidia graphics, hard drive, broadband support -- there's a lot to look at. It's apparent, however, that even within the hallowed halls of Xbox design, the Macintosh plays a role. | ||

| These Mac advocates are so desperate, it's almost sad. It's like, "LOOK! SOMEONE ACTUALLY USES A MAC!". It's like they celebrate if they ever see one in the wild. |

| Why do designers use Macs anyway? Corel/Adobe/Macromedia, etc all make perfectly good PC software. |

| #7 or the other way around. We owned some G4's at the place I used to work. I thought Win9x crashed the most, but the MacOS put Win95 to shame. It reminds me of the Win3.1 days which really isn't a stretch considering the MacOS is still a flaming pile of Cooperative multitasking, non-protected memory junk. It was amusing to see the Mac losers complain about how when they used a PC it crashed "all the time" (which was basically once in a great while) yet their Macs crashing 3-4 times a day was somehow O.K. |
