Using Other Graphic Format As Wallpaper
Windows 95 only utilizes .BMP files as wallpapers. But with IE4 or Windows 98, you can now use GIF, JPEG or even HTML files as wallpaper. But do you know that you can also use other image files? Yup, there are some more less known image files for example, RLE files. To let Windows use this file, click on the Browse button to select the image. It should work and acceptable as a wallpaper.
