Windows Explorer Tips

Advance Explorer Options

The variety of new features can drive even most end users crazy. "The stupid underline thing" and "Why is there a side pane" complain is very common. Of course you need to dig in deeper into Explorer.

First go to the View | Folder Options... menu. The General tab should be selected. You can choose whether you want Web style, Classic style or custom. The Classic style will might be a bit faster on low end computers. But we find that the custom settings suits us best. Click on the Settings... button for further customization. Click on OK if you are satisfied with your settings.

The Custom Settings option

Now move on the the View tab. Now further explanation is needed here as you can choose to customize the view of Explorer for folder settings and visual settings.
