If you are tired of doing all the settings one by one, try the Accessibility Wizard. It will help you reduce your work, taking a step-by-step process. It will help identify your problem and giving you the best option for you to choose. You have to install it from the Add/Remove program. The Wizard will do all the job for you and when its done, just apply the changes.
