When entering a URL into Internet Explorer - just write the name of the site and then press CTRL and Return together to add the www. and .com at the end.

Welcome to the new look ActiveWin tips area, not only have we got a new name (TopTechTips), we have also expanded our tips section to include all browsers, operating systems, HP toner, and more. Please click on a section over on the left hand side of this page to jump to the tips area you want to read. Some sections on our navigation will still take you to our old de sign (those in grey), to streamline the site we have decided to leave tips for Windows 95 and other older programs and operating systems as they are, as they are no longer read very much.
We are eager to receive any tips you might have for both Windows and Macintosh computers, along with any other piece of software/hardware that is on our navigation menu. So use the link on the side to send in your tips.
Suggestions are also welcome for both the Tip Of The Day and for any design questions/comments you may have - please direct them straight to me.
