Kotobuki System has announced it will release Music Recorder MP3 for the Game Boy Advance in Japan. The device will let you record and play MP3 files on Nintendo's handheld. You will need one AA battery (which lasts approximately 10 hours) and a Compact Flash storage medium. The package will include headphones, audio cables, and an 8MB Compact Flash. The device will be available in two colors: black and purple. Bit rates for recording are available in three settings: 128kbps, 96kbps, and 64kbps. It will also have control buttons and built-in speakers so you can use it as a stand-alone device.
