For the percentage of people who happen to be both Windows Phone, and HTC fans, it may have been a little disappointed when the Taiwanese phone-maker revealed its latest One (M9) flagship at Mobile World Congress 2015 without a Windows Phone version.
All hope is not lost though as HTC and Microsoft are reportedly working closely on the successor of the HTC One (M8) for Windows. According to HTC’s President of Global Sales and Chief Financial Officer, Chia-Lin Chang, the company is currently evaluating Microsoft’s upcoming Windows 10 operating system in order to later determine “where it fits in the HTC lineup”.
