Thanks for the writeup, Lloyd. In my experience, 10 out of 10 IE 7 crashes are related to the Flash Player (thank goodness for IE7Pro!!). Things have improved considerably since ~last summer or so, though, and now it's pretty rare that I see IE 7 crash. Flash sometimes stops working properly (e.g., a YouTube video will play for about 2 seconds, then stop; I usually just open another IE instance in this case--it's very nice that you can start multiple instances!), but rarely does IE 7 crash outright anymore. And I push it hard--I have a vertical resolution of 1600, and often the tab drop-down will exceed the vertical length of the screen, plus I'll have more than one window open (usually in the same iexplore.exe process, albeit the others have just a handful of tabs).
