Hey, for those of you using Office 2003, I've found a bug in Word/Outlook 2003 (or at the least a hidden option I can't find) and was wondering if anyone has found a work-around...
I use Word extensively to create field service reports. Those reports are then emailed directly from within Word to several dozen recipients. In the past, with Word/Outlook 2000 and 2002, the document would retain the address list of the recipients. In other words, when I hit the Email button on the Tool Bar, the last used list of recipients would already be there. No longer with Word/Outlook 2003. The recipient list is always wiped out when I close the document. I noticed this bug in the beta version, and unfortunately it was not fixed in the final release. Is there a new option buried somewhere I'm not aware of ? And I'm sure someone will recommend the use of an email group but for various reasons that will not work for me. Thanks :) TL |

| If you're referring to the MRU list, that works quite well for me in Outlook 2003. I don't do emailing from Word directly, so I don't know about that. |
