i was having the same problem as you but it was few months ago.
well, it took me about three months to redo my subscription for mns8, plus i was in europe at this time, and their numbers do not work if you are calling from outside the U.S. i guess it will take about the same time. all my helpers were trying to figure out why i wanted to cancel my accout subsription but i kept telling them i do not want to cancel, i wish to change/upgrade my subscription with you.
so i went to get technical help, but not for the software/subscription; but for help with thier help. i asked if they had a high school certificate becuase they do not appear to have a collge certificate.
