well, well, well,
i was having the same problem as you but it was few months ago. well, it took me about three months to redo my subscription for mns8, plus i was in europe at this time, and their numbers do not work if you are calling from outside the U.S. i guess it will take about the same time. all my helpers were trying to figure out why i wanted to cancel my accout subsription but i kept telling them i do not want to cancel, i wish to change/upgrade my subscription with you. so i went to get technical help, but not for the software/subscription; but for help with thier help. i asked if they had a high school certificate becuase they do not appear to have a collge certificate. |

i did not realize that msn8.5 was final already. give me a link to download, my about msn8 does not show 8.5 just 8.0
belto... ps...i tried the first beta, but it gave me some problems so i uninstlled it but i am really looking forward to this because you can manage your bookmarks more logically than before and it does have much improved features. i guess customer help will never change, it just like any other ones. i have problems with my online banking and i had to call them form europe and this stupid person i was talking with finally realized finally i was calling from europe and then she had this brain storm "the european internet is NOT compatible with U.S. internet" she sounded so sincere! omfg I would have lost it with those people around the 3rd chat session. (then again I never would have bothered with a chat session and would have pickedup the phone first.) Give ms my cc#... hahaaah never.
