McAfee VirusScan Online & Online Clinic Don't Work With Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 | |

Early adopters of Microsoft's latest browser that are registered users of McAfee Web software services like VirusScan Online & Online Clinic may have a bad surprise. Indeed McAfee's web applications aren't, yet, compliant with Internet Explorer 6.0. Below is McAfee' statement about the issue: McAfee.com currently does not support our Online Applications using Internet Explorer version 6.0 due to the fact that we are still in the process of finalizing our compatibility tests. We will update this link and our system requirements once IE 6.0 has been officially approved by our engineers. Although our software may function correctly with IE 6.0, in the event that you have tried IE 6.0 and are experiencing difficulties with our Online Applications, please see the following instructions for “I. Restoring the Original Windows Configuration”, or should you require assistance with Internet Explorer 6 please contact Microsoft Technical Support for assistance. | ||

| McAfee VirusScan is a good product, but the rest of their software is crap, and their online services are not very good, but I am happy with VirusScan :) |
