Microsoft has ended its two-month global hunt for a new head honcho in the island-state, a void created by the company?s recent Asian management revamp. Taking the helm is Andy Zupsic, previously general manager for Microsoft's Gulf States District, a region which covers the southeastern parts of the United States, the company said. US-born Zupsic joined Microsoft in 1993 and has held previous positions in the U.S. in areas such as partnerships, consulting and sales. The company also claims he brings with him numerous industry accolades and the distinction of serving on three teams with sterling growth rates.
