Why would it turn them off? In fact, I say if it turns off an IT Pro, the IT Pro needs to be fired, as he/she does not know how to do their job.
WPA is simply a "would you like to activate your product now over the internet, by phone, or later", you choose to activate and you are done. Seeing where as this is a server product, you shouldn't have to do it again, as you aren't supposed to be going around changing hardware all the time within a server, it's just supposed to sit there providing network services.
