This is a nice 27 page document on WM 7. The file is 587 KB but Microsoft was so busy they forgot to put an extension on it so just rename the file with a .exe on the end and it will unzip to the location of your choice. This is version 3, and here is an excerpt "Welcome to the Windows Media Technologies 7.0 Walkthrough.
