After what seems an eternity the French version of MSN Explorer 6.1 is at last available for French users, more than one year after the initial US release. This new version has been designed to be totally adapted to the need of the France's market. MSN Explorer comes with a funny interface that merges Internet software along with the best web based services, in order to ensure users will get the easiest & most comfortable possible surfing experience. Below is the list of MSN Explorer 6.1 features:

  • Integrated Media Player playing a video.
  • Email client can now show 50 emails per page
  • Email client now has an enhanced composer/editor, along with spell check for users that have Internet Explorer 5.5 and greater, as well as Microsoft Office, or Works.
  • Now you can join MSN Internet Access, and keep your current Hotmail address!
  • Local news, weather, and city information is available now in a popup by clicking on your city at the top of the My Stuff bar.
  • My Stuff bar is now retractable.
  • Interesting personalization feature that allows MSN Explorer to greet you when you sign on with your first name if your name is included in their recordable database.
  • My Stocks popup now includes an ad bar at the bottom.
