He has been spoken to. But again he didn't start the flaming. Yes there have been around 2 (well more now clearly) posting here, but on the Neowin forums there are loads of people who know absolutely nothing about what went on flaming us etc. We have actually warned people, so it isn't really left to us to deal with anymore unless other users here start to "wage war" which is unlikely as there is far more hostility in the other forum than here.
And saying you know what kind of community it is would also be unfair as we warn people directly, not over a community board as we aim to be as professional as possible. There has never been a problem like this here before, so take from that what you will. The problem readers had here was the fact that it was actually neowin news staff posting the stuff on our community boards. |

I think this whole debate about whose news the free evaluation software Microsoft UK offers, is definitely stupid. NeoWin.Net does a good job just like ActiveWin... But fighting about the ownership of a public news is pointless since the news belong only to Microsoft.
What neowin kiddies have shown is that they simply need to grow up. |
