February 2001 was a banner month for MSN. MSN's United States reach grew to 60.8% of the available online audience, with a total unique user base of 53,483,000. Worldwide, MSN extended it's lead over Yahoo! and AOL Time Warner with an astonishing total of 249 million unique users. This is a total user base growth of 48 million unique users since July 2000.
