Last week, Microsoft's J Allard spoke at the sixth annual Ziff Davis Electronic Gaming Summit in Napa. In his speech, Allard discussed the company’s upcoming online gaming service, Xbox Live, and how its features were determined by the requests of the world’s video game players. In addition, he hopes to see competitive unity among the platforms -- otherwise, online gaming will not be the next video game revolution we all hope it will be.
