Stocks clawed higher in early morning trading on Friday as investors took a more positive view of the latest results from software giant Microsoft Corp. and eyed the latest earnings reports from the tech sector. Microsoft sent a shudder through global stock markets with a cautious outlook and soft revenues late on Thursday, but its upbeat comments about the personal computer business and an upgrade of its shares by a major Wall Street investment house helped ease investors' fears, analysts said. | ||
