NVIDIA® Corporation, the worldwide leader in visual processing solutions, today announced that the Ohio Supercomputer Center (OSC) has purchased and deployed over 50 NVIDIA Quadro(TM)4 900 XGL workstation graphics boards for an integrated visualization cluster used to research large scale (Terascale) visualizations. Installed earlier this month in OSC's Blueprint for an Advanced Learning Environment (BALE) Theatre, the NVIDIA Quadro integrated graphics cluster has already been put to work, servicing the projects of Ohio's students, researchers, government and commercial businesses.
