Davilex Games has announced a licensing agreement with Universal Studios to produce a brand new Knight Rider based game for the PC and next-generation platforms. Based on the popular 80’s TV series Knight Rider, the game will of course feature the character Michael Knight, but more importantly, the world’s most technologically-advanced car: Knight Industries Two Thousand – better known as KITT. In the game, the player will be able to get behind the wheel of this sleek futuristic Pontiac Trans Am and put advanced features such as Turbo Boost, Ski Mode, Night Vision, Microwave Jammers, Super Pursuit or Surveillance mode to use in fighting for the innocent, the helpless and the powerless, in a world of criminals who operate above the law. In 10 action packed missions, the player will encounter well-known’s such as Devon, Bonnie, Garth, KARR and Goliath, all set in small, mid-western towns, and familiar elements of the original TV series.
