Microsoft has been winning the value perception battle since the first IBM clone PCs went on sale. I reckon that some young-un just now figgered it out.

The story link crashed IE8 on Vista, on two different machines. When the linked page begins to open IE8 crashes twice and then gives up trying. Has anyone else experienced this behavior? I turned off add-ons and went to compatibility mode. IE8 still crashed on the site. Chrome handles it nicely, however,
