Beat ya, had it 2 weeks ago, lol :P Anyway I ran it on Windows XP Pro OEM and it keeps crashing. Not a program error but a teh program completely locks up. This happened on my laptop and desktop mains. Thr laptop is a Toshiba 1800-400 which has a 8X DVD Drive and desktop as a Pioneer 10X DVD drive. Also I have version 3.0 which works perfectly, doesn't crash at all!!! Does anyone have any clues and can help me fix this problem? |

Oh, as a warning... I bought the dvd codec from these people for supposedly $15. Well if you aren't careful on the purchase form they will include for only $5 a terribly useless add-on called 'Download protector' that supposedly makes sure when you download this that you have no problems.
So it's actually $20. Kind of pissed me off that they resort to tricks like this. I would highly recommend not buying any software from this company. |

| I use WinDVD on WinXP and I've never had this turn off monitor issue. Didn't have it under Win2k either. |
