Xbox is nearing its three-year anniversary. Over the past three years, it has followed the same course. The holiday season sees a bevy of great games and the rest of the year is spotted by a few high-profile games and a lot of average titles. The holidays have always been Microsoft's strong point, which is to be expected. What's interesting is that despite a few AAA titles (Halo 2, Prince of Persia, DOA Ultimate), Xbox's holiday 2004 lineup pales in comparison to the onslaught of awesome titles coming in the first quarter of 2005.
