Winzip has one feature that keeps me with it, and that's the ability to create self-extracting archives that I can pre-program the installation path and extraction options when I create it.
This allows me to create quick, on-the-fly, ready-made installers, patches, updates, fixes, etc... to the end-users I support.
I have literally dozens of ready-made fixes for common problems on my service drive that I can quickly email with basic instructions, have them execute, and the problem is resolved quickly without so much as a phone call.
Others may have this specific feature, but I'm not aware of it.
And I'm not going to confuse 20,000 people with a .RAR file :)
