Suppress Safe Mode
Warning Message - 95-98
Enabling this setting suppresses the safe95
98mode warning message on boot up, and
bypasses the Start-up menu.
Add a new value of 'BootWarn=' to MSDOS.SYS
Set the value to '1' to ignore the safe mode
warning, or '0' to run normally.
