To evaluate the system we kept in mind that it was primarily designed to be affordable. As a matter of fact, some compromises were made so the i810E2 chipset doesn’t feature the very latest of technology’s refinements.. All in all, the Intel D810E2CA3 motherboard combined with the latest Celeron 900MHz forms a solid system and do have some serious arguments. The Intel i810E2 chipset is to date the most advanced, reliable, features rich chipset ever designed for entry level computers offering an unmatched level of flexibility for OEM. The SoundMax audio chip is quite simply amazing, delivering an unprecedented high quality sound that was never experienced before with integrated chipsets while the graphic circuit achieves some correct performances for such a system providing a descent support for 3D applications.

The Celeron 900MHz is actually the fastest Celeron processor but remains somewhat expensive in comparison to its direct competitor: the AMD Duron. If with competing products like motherboards using VIA chipsets you have to run after patches to troubleshoot USB problems, Sound Blaster Live! Transfer bugs, ZIP ATAPI issues, and so much more problems I can’t describe because the list of VIA bugs is incredibly long, the couple Intel Celeron + Intel i810E2 chipset makes sure your computer will operate like the first day during its whole lifetime. If you’re on the look for an affordable, worry-free, resistant computer to equip the corporate world, your last child or your father with, the most reasonable and judicious choice is definitely the Intel D810E2CA3 motherboard described in this review along with the Celeron 900MHz.

Such a system favors reliability, flexibility and multimedia features to bring users good performance for an affordable price, answering both today’s and tomorrow’s applications’ power needs.  Intel certainly designs and manufactures rock solid desktop boards that are easy to integrate for system builders, they consistently look for leading technology features to build value for their reseller channels.
