Well, It looks like Microsoft has done it again. The latest creation coming from Redmond is not like the rest - it is a completely new advance in technology. In the last five to ten years, how often have you changed or upgraded your monitor, CPU, printer, etc. but kept the silly old white mouse? Well this particular silly white mouse still looks the same, but how it works is a completely different story. IntelliMouse Featuring IntelliEye pointing device is Microsoft's classic-design ergonomic mouse, built with durable materials, a high-gloss finish and a rubberized wheel between the two mouse buttons. Microsoft's IntelliEye optical tracking technology adds unsurpassed accuracy and reliability to the efficiency of universal scrolling and the comfort of expert ergonomic design.

Microsoft IntelliMouse Featuring IntelliEye Features:

  • IntelliEye Technology - provides unsurpassed accuracy over time by replacing mouse-ball technology with an optical sensor and digital signal processor (DSP). The sensor snaps pictures of the work surface at a rate of 1,500 images per second and then translates changes between the images into onscreen movements. This technique, called image correlation processing, results in smooth, precise pointer movement.
  • The scrolling and zooming wheel lets users enjoy universal scrolling in their favorite applications directly from their mouse without having to use scrollbars. Users can zoom without using toolbars or menus.
  • Precision over time - With the new IntelliEye technology, there are no more mechanical parts to become worn or dirty!
  • A proven ergonomic design allows users to align their hand and forearm in a natural, relaxed position on the mouse.
  • The IntelliMouse Featuring IntelliEye comes with a five-year hardware warranty.
