The story would appear to be that the code, a spiffing 100+ megs, is up on the Conxion site already for the benefit of Microsoft partners. So in that sense it's official. It's also official in that Microsoft says it's the final code, but it's slightly unofficial in there's a tiny chance, again according to Microsoft, that it won't be the official final if anything really weird is discovered in it. | ||

| Is it really 100MB or is that just the usual Register embelishment? I figure if the Register says it's 100+MB, it's probably 50MB or so. It's what I like to call "The Register Factor" which states that any numbers the register posts about Microsoft will be twice as bad or half as good as the real number. |

No kidding daz. There is no love lost on MS at the Register. Include Slashdot and you have one of the largest Microsoft hating populations in the world. I ask you "where is the love?"
