Think how often a new CEO comes in to fix a mess at a company with limited resources and a flailing business. Microsoft is flabby and slow to move but surely it is not bereft of cash. Maybe that is what happens when you coin money for having once created a monopoly. You lose your sense of urgency because you have all the time in the world to get to your goal. You are hardly fighting to stay alive. So instead of leading the way, you are behind the technology curve which always moves at an accelerating pace. | ||
