#2: Do you not ever get it, or do you pretend to not get it for the sake of your argument? The US government will use its antitrust laws against Apple once the following conditions are met:
- Apple is seen to have achieved a de facto monopoly in operating systems (will never happen)
- Apple can be proven to be using its monopoly status to illegally stifle competition
Microsoft has done both of the above; Apple has done neither. I know you're a microbot and therefore you think Microsoft should be above the law, but you really need to understand that making MS follow the laws is good for everyone. Letting MS run amok is bad for everyone except Microsoft and its fanboys. It's also quite disingenuous of you to keep making these faux comparisons to somehow portray MS as a victim of double-standards. I've explained to you many, many times over the years as to why it isn't the case. You can read up on it online if you want as well, but you should stop clinging to this faulty notion that MS is being somehow oppressed or something.
