TeamXbox have posted a Preview of the upcoming Sega Game, World Series Baseball. Here is part of the preview:
Sega World Series Baseball features a two-man booth of play-by-play and color commentary like nothing seen in the past of the genre. Color commentator Mike Krukow of the San Francisco Giants and New York Mets' Ted Robinson are sure to provide healthy insight for even the most knowledgeable baseball supporter. Over 500 new and exciting animations including home plate partying and player vs. player crashes have been thrown into the pot. Also included are nearly 50 facial expressions which depend on the play committed in the game. Adding to the already lofty level of realistic measures in the game are fully trademarked batting stances and pitching mechanisms. Visual Concepts’ upcoming baseball simulation game also takes advantage of an ultra deep stat engine. As players perform throughout the season, they can evaluate their team in an unimaginable amount of offensive/defensive, player/team and division/league categories.
