Sounding like his archrival Bill Gates, who rules the personal computer operating systems space with Microsoft (Nasdaq: MSFT), Chairman and Chief Executive Ellison is pitching Oracle's (Nasdaq: ORCL) 11i e-business software suite as the one-stop solution for corporations that want to manage business operations on the Internet.
