Microsoft is currently inviting testers to an Internet Explorer 9 technical feedback program.
The program is open to those who were top bug filers for the Internet Explorer 8 beta. Several testers began receiving emails over the weekend inviting them to the technical feedback program. Microsoft recently released a developer preview build of Internet Explorer 9. The preview build does not include the UI elements of Internet Explorer 9 but allows developers to test the new JavaScript engine and HTML5/CSS3 support. Microsoft has said it will update the preview build regularly. In an email to testers, Justin Saint Clair - Program Manager of Internet Explorer invited testers to join a "select group of IE9 Tech Feedback participants."
