With Microsoft adding 100TB of imagery in January 2009, the year started off quite positively for Virtual Earth. February, unfortunately, was unable to reproduce such numbers: Virtual Earth's latest imagery release is just over half of that: 55TB worth of data, according to Virtual Earth, An Evangelist's Blog. While that doesn't break any records like January's release did, this is still quite a large update when considering other months in 2008.
