Computer and Video Games have posted a Q&A with Rodolphe Donain of 4X Studios to find out the story behind their upcoming game. Here is part of the Q&A:
How much has the game been influenced by the movie 'Enemy At The Gates'?
Rodolphe Donain: [laughs] Of course we can't say right now 'it's an adaptation of the movie' because we have no license, no publisher yet. If we get the right publisher, we'll think about getting the license. Right now, we cannot say "it's Vasily Zaitsev, the real Russian sniper"; it's really too early.
Does sniping feature heavily in the game?
RD: It's not just a sniping game – but there will obviously be a lot of sniping in there. It's not a 'Silent Scope' type of game. Sniping is one of the features, sure, but not the only feature! We have attack and defence sequences, various types of mission where, for example, sabotage, spying, these kind of things – not like Medal Of Honour!
