Still not able to open other users folders, a MAJOR missing feature in OWA.
It drives my Admin's nuts. TL |

#1, have your admins do this,
say your OWA URL is, https://mailservername.firstprincipalname.com/owa - e.g., https://awinmailserver4.activewin.com/owa Have the admins add the user name to the URL like this, https://mailservername.firstprincipalname.com/owa/username - e.g., https://awinmailserver4.activewin.com/owa/techlarry When prompted with the user name and password, have the admin use the domain admin creds that has access to the exchange organiztion. Using the admin's creds while accessing the user's account will allow the admin to use their authority to open any user in the Exchange Organization. While not the same as, "Open Other User's Folder" it works and will allow them to assist users as required. |

#3, It that is the case, go to the upper right where the logged user's name appears in the OWA interface. Clisk the down arrow and use the dialog to enter the other user's mailbox.
The admin will only have to ener a few initials and names will appear that match the target name. The admin user will have to have permission in order to open the mailbox. You'll have to coordinate that with the E2K7 Org admin, or domain admin, but it is possible. Once the admin user selects the other mailbox, a new window will open and display the desired user's items. |
