Subscribe and Share Calendars with Outlook 2007 and Windows Vista | |

Outlook 2007 has a very little known feature where you can publish your calendar to the web using Microsoft Office Online. Microsoft Office Online has a Calendar Sharing Service that gives you 2MB of space online to share calendars with friends, families, and co-workers through the web. To view this service on Microsoft Office Online, all you need to do is sign-in using your Windows Live ID. | ||

| Has anyone used this service? What time frame will 2-MB cover? 2-MB seems a bit cheap on the part of MS. |

| #1, We have tested this and Office Live since its first BETA and we subscribe to it to monitor progress. It works well, and they have fashioned some good services around it, but it in no way competes with what even a small SMB shop could do for itself with their own Small Business Server. It would best be used for people that do not have access to either their own, or third party hosted Exchange services. |

Outlook has been around for year and so has the web..lol
you would think by now they would have figured a meaning full why of sharing calendars. I love how when I book a trip using expedia I get an email that updates my outlook calendar with the information. Why doesn't everything work this way? |
