At the CeBIT Iiyama shows an early sample of a high-resolution TFT display. The 22.2 inches Panel with IPS technology comes from IBM.
The resolution of 3840 x 2400 pixels is fulfilling QUXGA standard (Quad-Ultra Extended Graphics Array). The maximum working display is 478 x 299 millimeters, the display itself is 547 x 196 x 437 millimeters big. At the fair the display is accessed by a especially suited Quad-DVI solution from Matrox. According to Iiyama the maximum brightness is 235 candelas per square metre, the contrast relation 400:1. The final release name for the product has not yet been fixed, in the case of prices Iiyama talks of round about 8500 Euro.
