BTW, this isn't related to Logitech but...
I have a Microsoft Intellimouse Explorer... older one version 2.0 or whatever I received with Office XP SE. It stopped working, the cable going into the mouse came loose and it periodically disconnects itself from the computer. I checked and could find no info about warranty from Microsoft. But I wrote an email to their tech support explaining the issue, and I got back a response saying they were sending me a new mouse. I was very impressed by that, although I wish they'd detail what kind of warranty a mouse has. |

| MS support has always been very good, at least for me. I gad a problem once with a "Natural Keyboard", one of the first ones, and with an intellimouse. Both times they quickly replaced the items. |

I don't know. I just thought their response was refreshing. Since it happened like 3-4 days ago, it was fresh in my memory and I thought I'd tell people. :) |

This is by far the best mouse I have ever had for a laptop. As for drivers XP nativley recognizes it as a HUD device and installs a driver. No CD needed. If you do want to install it on an older O/S the CD it comes with is great, its the same size as a mini-cdr. =)
It is extremly small and compact, yet comfortable to work with. Anyone trying to do schematic drawings in Visio, touch up a photo in Photoshop or Illustrator, or even play a round of C&C will know how hard it is to do that with a touchpad. |
