No, ch, they can't understand how Apple zealots would, considering that they repeatedly praise products from a certain manufacturer (Apple) regardless of merit. For example, one need look no further than how they praised PowerPC chips and trashed Intel chips until Apple dumped the former and admitted that the latter provided 3x greater performance. Obviously, the merit wasn't nearly as important as whether it was in an Apple product or the competition's.
Anyways, to get back to Office, I bet that, if it were always Windows-only, Apple zealots would be putting it down, as they do with just about anything that isn't in or on a Mac, and praising whatever replacement they had, no matter how inferior. To Apple zealots, whether something is endorsed by Apple is, seemingly, more important than any merit. Unfortunately, it's an attitude that they've inherited from Steve Jobs, himself.
