Appeals Court Says Microsoft Browser Case Unclear | |

The chief judge on the appeals court reviewing antitrust findings against Microsoft Corp. said the trial court was ``absolutely unclear'' on whether the software giant had tried to monopolize the market for Internet browsers. A second day of hearings on the case began with more questions raised about the lower court findings that Microsoft used its monopoly power to compete illegally and should be broken up to prevent future violations. | ||

| At least someone in our judiciary is willing to listen objectively rather than walking into the courtroom with his/her mind made up. I also hope that the appealate judges don't fall asleep twice during the hearings like judge "Sleepy" Jason did. |
