Web publisher sues over Google index exclusion | |

Google was hit with a lawsuit on Friday by a Web publisher that alleges it has suffered significant financial harm because its site got dropped from the search engine's index. KinderStart.com, which operates a Web site for parents of children under 7 years old, filed its lawsuit as a class action in U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, San Jose Division. | ||

| Seriously, is there ANYTHING at all that people in the US won't sue over? Anything at all? They're complaining that they're not making as much money from Google AdSense as they used to when they were on Google's index - did they forget to realise that if it weren't for Google in the first place then they wouldn't have ANY money from AdSense? |
