#1: That is funny. For the past week, all that you have heard is that MS is slow to respond to a bug, and alternative software methodologies is faster to repond. Who cares if OSS breaks existing code if it fixes a security hole, but when MS puts out a patch that they took a few extra days to do regression testing, and it better not break code. MS was cautious to put out a patch because they did not break existing code. Now, Microsoft puts out a patch and you are worried about them breaking code? Typical. MS puts out software (such as an OS) on a 2 year schedule, and everyone jumps up and down yelling about needing to pay a MS tax, they wait a few years to put out Vista, and everyone yells about how slow they are. With every new change, the "press" and the ABM group says that it will force everybody to move to Linux. MS announces new code (DRM), and they are damned for it, Apple does the same thing and they are praised.
This is just pathetic. If any MS supporter says anything slightly negative against anything not MS, they are labeled as spreading FUD, but if you say anthing against MS, then you are talking about good, wholesome truith.
